One of the things we pride ourselves in is having long term and returning customers. Down Home Grill is one of those customers! The original design is very classic, eclectic and well... it makes you feel down home. In order to revive the look and give this sign a nice, clean new look we did this signage with push thru acrylic letters on the face. This 3' x 5' double sided blade sign was built from 16 gauge steel using our ShopSabre Sidekick. The signage is all UL Certified and Compliant.

With the new comes the old. Fashion and trends all too often seem to make their way back into our lives, like a full recycling of the past. The same is for signs. There has been a huge uptick of wanting the look and vibe of neon signs... BUT with the cost friendly, energy saving benefits.

Graphics MFG has been producing these "neon" look alike signs so much lately we thought we would talk about this revolutionary product. Each letter and character of the sign is made with our channel letter bender, creating the perfect bends and curves. These aluminum pieces are then pop riveted together for a seamless look that also ensures there is zero light leakage between the joints. The part where this sign comes alive is when we use the LED Neon Light Strips. The great part about these lights is that they come in a great range of colors and hues to really make your sign POP!

In order to achieve this very complex and detailed 3D lion head using one of our CNC Routers, it all has to start with the file setup and model. This particular job we CNC routed 9 layers of 2" 15lb HDU to make this massive lion head, which measured at 50" tall x 41" wide x 18" thick. This piece in it's entirety took about 13 hours to route.
