In order to achieve this very complex and detailed 3D lion head using one of our CNC Routers, it all has to start with the file setup and model. This particular job we CNC routed 9 layers of 2″ 15lb HDU to make this massive lion head, which measured at 50″ tall x 41″ wide x 18″ thick. This piece in it’s entirety took about 13 hours to route.
